Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the TODAC mobile application and related services (the “Service”) and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users.

“Service” means the TODAC app and any related features.

“User” means any person who accesses or uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.

We will make these Terms available within the Service or on a linked screen so Users can easily review them.

We may revise these Terms when necessary, within applicable law, and will notify Users in advance of material changes, including the effective date and summary of changes.

We provide the Service as described in these Terms, the app store listing, and in-app notices.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Service for operational or technical reasons and will provide reasonable notice when such changes materially affect Users.

Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and any notices published in connection with the Service.

Users must not infringe third-party rights or interfere with the operation of the Service.

We may be exempt from liability where the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the courts at the location of our principal place of business, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
